Welcome to W.E Transport GC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and reliability for both our customers and our business.

1. Service Areas

We operate regionally from the Gold Coast, with daily routes to Brisbane, weekly service to the Sunshine Coast, and deliveries to Northern NSW on request.

2. Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Services are only carried out once payment or an agreement has been secured.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and clear instructions.

Any delays caused by incorrect information are at the customer’s risk.

4. Goods in Transit

We take the utmost care in handling goods, including fragile and high-value items such as artwork. However, liability may be limited unless

otherwise agreed upon or insured.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Fees may apply for late cancellations.

6. Liability

W.E Transport GC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
